Banner Wagyu - Steakhouse Japonesa

Your Home Butcher gives you the opportunity to try the original cuts of the world's most famous meat!

Born and raised in the city of Kobe, purebred Tajima cattle grow up on a diet of selected rice and corn plants. The meat is known for its exquisite, rich sweetness and its unique aroma. The highest lineage of Tajima is Kobe.

Kobe Beef is widely recognized as the highest quality beef in the world. Once tasted, it is never forgotten. Tajima and Kobe beef are produced by small farmers with love and pride, a tradition that dates back to the 13th century. Calves drink fresh, clean water and only the best feed, and are raised in a relaxing, stress-free environment where they can grow in peace until maturity. “Shimofuri” is the word used to define this fine, delicate meat with a high degree of fat marbling. A meat characterized by tender fibers and a refined, unique sweetness.
